Hearth.Parts Return & Refund Policy

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery on eligible items.

To qualify for a return, products must be:

  • New, unused, and uninstalled
  • In original packaging
  • In resalable condition

Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect, defective, or shipped in error by Hearth.Parts.

Because of safety, compatibility, and manufacturer restrictions, the following items are generally not eligible for return:

  • Installed or used gas parts
  • Gas components exposed to fuel gas
  • Opened, installed, or programmed electrical/electronic parts
  • Special-order items
  • Clearance or final-sale items
  • Manufacturer non-returnable items
